How do I get started?

Do you accept insurance?
I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO (including Anthem and Blue Choice), Aetna PPO, United/Optim PPO, and Medicare. I can also provide super bills for out-of-network reimbursement.
While I can verify benefits, please check or call your insurance company to ensure coverage.
Where are you located?
I have two office locations to serve clients in person:
The Arlington Heights office is at 415 W Golf Rd, Suite 30.
The Oakbrook office is at 125 Windsor Dr, Suite 114.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes! I am available for both in-person and online appointments.
Do you serve out-of-state clients?
Yes! I am PSYPACT Certified and can serve clients across 43 states. Please contact me for more information.
What types of therapy do you offer?
I serve clients across the entire lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults. I also offer services for couples and parents.
What are your specialties?
My specialties include in-depth relational attachment-based psychotherapy, somatic intervention, and evaluations.
Do you offer testing?
I offer assessments for autism, ADHD, 2E (twice exceptional profile/giftedness), learning differences/disabilities, identifying work/school accommodations, OCD, anxiety, and depression.
Do you do onsite speaking events?
Yes! I enjoy collaborating with fellow mental health professionals for training sessions and networking events. Past events include:
- “Coffee & Connections” event with Mosaic Counseling & Wellness and other community partners in January 2026.
- “Understanding Neurodivergence” training session for the Ascension Center for Mental Health in October 2025.
