Psychoneuro Therapy

Somatic-Based Care

Heart rate variability (HRV) biofeedback is a gentle, body-based intervention that helps clients develop greater nervous system regulation. By increasing awareness of physiological responses and supporting parasympathetic activation, HRV biofeedback can promote safety, resilience, and emotional regulation.

Neuropsychological Assessment

Diagnostic and Neuropsychological Evaluations

Neuropsychological assessments and evaluation services are a useful tool in facilitating your overall care and obtaining deeper knowledge about your brain. While evaluations help in obtaining diagnostic clarification, my assessments are designed to do more than that and act as part of the therapeutic process. The results help the people who support you – such as family members as well as your treatment team – to better understand how to give you individualized care that aligns with your brain style.

All reports are written from a neurodivergent-affirming and strengths-based lens with uniquely tailored and personalized recommendations on useful ways to provide the most attuned support. Individuals often experience increased insight and ability to “put the puzzle together,” analyzing prior experiences with a deeper understanding. This is a major step on the path of self-empowerment and self-acceptance.
